I have had a great experience using Nest to manage my property. I had to leave town for a year and Nest was able to find me a tenant, set up cable and internet, and handle any and all maintenance requests I wouldn't know if there ever WERE any, because I didn't have to deal with it!
Steph was great and she and the rest of the team worked very hard to find me a tenant as quickly as possible. We lived in a condo managed by Nest DC for two years, and they were always responsive, friendly, professional and great to work with. Any maintenance issues were promptly resolved, they stayed in regular communication, and there was no hassle.
They also manage the building and do a great job with the building management. We recently moved to another unit in the same building, which is managed by another property management company.
The service of the new management company pales in comparison to the service we always got from Nest. I'm so disappointed that we don't have Nest for our new unit.

They've provided and facilitated the management of all required DC paperwork leaving me no worries in wondering if I'm doing things in accordance with the local laws and regulations.
